This is Hataro... in the rain... with golden guns... and being hot!!!
I think I've drawn him before and submitted him with Ressa in another picture. This is him in his "dress" clothes. This took my a long while for some odd reason @_@. Maybe it's the gold stuff on his shirt... I think I like to torture myself when coming up with these ideas for clothes.
